中文版膝关节损伤及骨性关节炎转归评分的信度和效度评价

摘要：

目的检验中文版膝关节损伤及骨性关节炎转归评分(KOOS)在我国膝关节损伤患者中的信度和效度。方法采用便利抽样法,抽取2所三甲医院就医的膝关节损伤及骨性关节炎患者136例作为调查对象,使用中文版量表对其进行测评并对结果进行折半信度、内部一致性信度、校标效度及区分效度分析。结果问卷总体分半系数及5个分量表的分半系数均大于0.7;中文版KOOS总体Cronbach'sα系数为0.919,分量表的Cronbach'sα系数介于0.835～0.971之间;疼痛、症状、日常活动、运动/娱乐及生活质量5个分量表与SF-36的躯体功能、生理职能和躯体疼痛之间相关性良好(r>0.4,P<0.01)。中文版KOOS能很好地区分不同年龄、是否手术组别的膝关节损伤或骨性关节炎患者(P<0.01),但基于性别、体质指数的亚组之间KOOS评分各个维度均没有区别(P>0.05)。结论中文版KOOS量表具有较好的信度和效度,适用于我国膝关节损伤及骨性关节炎患者的评价。
