区块链式法定货币体系研究

摘要：

进入21世纪以来,随着P2P通讯技术与区块链技术的成熟,哈耶克所预言的"非国家化货币"有了技术可行性,某种类似于黄金本位的区块链式法定货币体系可能在未来出现。本文在总结现行区块链货币技术特点基础上,分析了区块链式法定货币体系的制度优势,探讨了承担法定货币职能时区块链货币的技术形态,研究了区块链式法定货币体系下支付体系、货币政策、金融监管的可能变化。
