颅脑损伤恢复期病人创伤后成长状况及其影响因素分析

摘要：

[目的]了解颅脑损伤恢复期病人创伤后成长的现状,分析其影响因素。[方法]选取颅脑损伤后处于恢复期无阅读理解障碍的病人84例,采用一般情况调查问卷和中文版意外创伤病人创伤后成长量表(PTGI)对其进行调查,并进行统计分析。[结果]84例病人PTGI总分为(58.00±7.71)分,人生感悟维度得分最高。不同性别、年龄、受教育程度、家庭月收入、婚姻状况的病人PTGI得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]颅脑损伤恢复期病人创伤后成长水平较低,有待提高;性别、年龄、受教育程度等5项为其主要影响因素。在颅脑损伤病人的恢复过程中,护理人员要关注病人心理方面的积极改变,并采取针对性、个体化的护理措施。
