全球生产体系下台湾地区的个人计算机产业集群升级

摘要：

本文从全球生产体系(GPN)的视角剖析了台湾地区个人计算机(PC)产业集群升级的历程。台湾地区PC产业成功的原因是多方面的,但本文认为其中最重要的是在全球生产体系下台湾地区PC产业集群吸收各种链接中所扩散的知识,并在国际链接和本土链接的共同演化下,实现本土PC产业集群的升级。台湾地区PC产业集群升级的经验对发展中国家具有一定的启示。
