摘要：

Focusing on how to improve college students' writing ability,this article carries some suggestions assumed by the authors to be feasible and effective, which include combining writing with reading,reinforcing the teaching of grammar and vocabulary,guiding modelling writing and memorising, facilitating writing process and improving the ways of providing feedback, etc. Special emphasis in the article laid on two main points: 1. exploring the importance of all our suggestions to the teaching of college English writing. 2. showing how to put the suggestions into teaching practice.d obligations;Type B is usually tinged with derogatory color;Type C is comparatively complex,to express contempt,self modesty,or enumerate vividly,and etc.
