摘要：

<正>胆汁淤积是肝细胞和胆管细胞对胆汁成分的合成、摄取、转运、分泌及排泄通路中发生障碍,造成胆汁不能正常流入十二指肠而逆流入血的病理状态。各种原因导致的以胆汁淤积为主要表现的肝胆疾病统称为胆汁淤积性肝病。临床症状可表现为乏力、瘙痒和黄疸等,生化指标主要为胆系酶谱如血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)水平的异常,伴或不伴以直接胆红素升高为主的高胆红素血症。胆汁淤积持续超过6个月,可称为慢
