胶质纤维酸性蛋白基础与临床研究进展

摘要
星形胶质细胞(Ast)是中枢神经系统的主要成分之一,具有对各种损害产生强烈反应的特性,胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)是Ast的骨架蛋白。在生理情况下脑内少有表达,而在病理状态下出现反应性表达增强。GFAP的表达增强是Ast活化增殖的特征性标志,在神经系统发育及病理过程中发挥重要作用,对神经元的存活、突起的再生和神经系统功能的恢复有重要的影响。本文回顾了Ast中GFAP的一般生物学功能,阐述了其与神经系统病变有关的病理生理研究进展。
