摘要：
NF-κB is a member of Rel family. It can transduct the extracellular signal into nucleus and activate the expression of target gene on special point in eukaryon. This review briefly discussed about Rel family and IκB family, the activation of NF-κB, and the relationship between NF-κB and apoptosis.
