摘要：

<正>膝关节创伤后常因髌骨力线改变,髌骨周围肌腱、韧带挛缩粘连、神经肌肉控制障碍等继发髌股关节损伤[1],出现新发膝前疼痛、髌骨压痛、髌骨肿大、下肢运动功能恶化等临床表现,称为创伤后髌股关节炎(post-traumatic patellofemoral joint arthritis,PT-PFJA)。髌股关节是膝关节重要构成关节之一,PT-PFJA对下肢功能的影响甚至重于膝关节创伤本身。本组资料观察了体外冲击波(extracorporeal shock-
