塞来昔布对膝骨关节炎患者血清IL-1及TNF-α水平的影响

摘要：

目的探讨塞来昔布对膝骨关节炎(KOA)患者血清IL-1及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法观察128例KOA患者在塞来昔布(200mg口服,每天1次)治疗前,治疗后3d,治疗后1、2、4周血清IL-1及TNF-α水平,并进行疼痛评估。结果塞来昔布治疗后3d,KOA患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、IL-1及TNF-α较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),之后随治疗时间延长,呈逐渐下降趋势,治疗后2周维持较稳定水平。结论塞来昔布抑制IL-1及TNF-α的促炎作用,从而抑制KOA患者的炎症反应,缓解患者的疼痛程度。
