摘要：

获得了白梨（PyrusbretschneideriRehd．）中鸭梨和砂梨中晚三吉梨成熟胚子叶的再生不定梢。2个品种达到最高不定梢再生率的培养基都是1／4MS大量元素，附加生长调节剂5mg·L-1BA和0．5mg·L-1NAA，再生率分别达到93．3％和100％。
