关节软骨修复中的相关因子

摘要
关节软骨损伤在骨科比较常见,修复或重建损伤的软骨一直是骨科医生不懈努力的目标。关节软骨损伤后,体内多种因子共同作用并影响着炎症反应及软骨代谢。这些因子之间的相互协同和制约一起介导了软骨的修复过程。深入了解这一过程中相关因子及其相互作用的关系有利于指导临床中对软骨损伤的处理。该文就目前软骨修复中相关因子的研究作一综述。
