摘要：

目的　研究F - 2毒素引起体外培养细胞 (HELA细胞 )的DNA损伤。方法　应用单细胞凝胶电泳技术 (SCGE) ,测定玉米赤霉烯酮 ,即F - 2毒素。结果　F - 2毒素在 1～ 1 5 μg/mL细胞悬液浓度范围内能够引起细胞DNA损伤并存在明显的剂量反应关系。结论　不同剂量的F - 2毒素可引起体外培养细胞拖尾 ,说明F - 2可致DNA损伤 ,但其修复机制还存在。
