摘要：

随着网络的复杂和异构化，迫切需要计算机网络管理工具的管理．文中提出了一种基于Ｗｅｂ的网络管理模型．该模型采用历史数据模型作为存储网络管理信息的模型，并以此作为基础，能够进一步地研究网络的高级管理（如积极网络管理）策略和高速网络的管理结构．文中给出了该模型软件实现的层次结构．最后给出了该模型的原型描述和实现
