<正>充足的营养不仅是维持机体生存的基础,也是儿童生长发育的基本要素。然而,无论是发达国家,还是发展中国家,疾病状态下住院患儿营养消耗和营养不良的现象令人担忧,病程迁延和重症患儿住院期间营养状况甚至呈进行性恶化趋势[1]。国外研究显示住院患儿营养不良的患病
