摘要：

<正>功能性排便障碍的临床症状一般表现为排便费力,有排便不净感、排便梗阻感,需要手法辅助排便等,仅根据症状不足以诊断功能性排便障碍,功能性排便障碍的诊断需要除外器质性疾病,有上述排便障碍的症状,并且有球囊逼出试验、肛门直肠测压、排粪造影3项功能检查中2项异常,才可以诊断[1-3]。1功能性排便障碍的诊断流程1.1病史及体格检查详细的询问病史和进行体格检查可为慢性便秘的进一步诊断提供重要信息[4]。
