摘要：

虚拟现实暴露疗法是将虚拟现实的特定应激场景与暴露疗法相结合的心理治疗方法。文章通过介绍虚拟现实暴露疗法在心理治疗领域中的应用,关注虚拟现实暴露疗法在治疗恐惧症和焦虑症等心理疾病中的优劣势。在今后的临床与实验中,虚拟现实暴露疗法将结合生物反馈技术在心理治疗中广泛应用。
