摘要
从实用角度出发,综合评述了植物转基因技术的研究现状和发展趋势;探讨了植物转化系统的实用化标准:提出了植物遣传转化研究各个方面(包括组织培养、基因转移、转化体筛选、基因表达等)存在的问题和发展策略。
