家庭暴力与刑事犯罪

This article expounds the concept and characteristics of domestic violence, argues the question whether domestic violence constitutes a "crime" or "not a crime"; and discusses the question of punishing domestic violence as a criminal offense. the author believes that domestic violence is not a crime should be changed, that those who commit such violence should be published and that an anti- domestic violence law be formulated.
