摘要：

幽默是一个非常有意义的研究课题,对幽默的心理学研究主要集中在幽默的心理机制和心理功能方面。有关幽默的心理机制的理论解释中,最有代表性的是优势理论、释放理论和失谐理论。研究者在幽默的研究中逐渐发展起来一些测量幽默的工具,并在研究中得到了很好的应用。目前,幽默的心理学研究主要集中在幽默与心理健康的关系上,以往的研究发现,幽默是一种很好的压力应对机制,对心理健康具有积极的功能。
