<正>原发性三叉神经痛(Trigeminal neuralgia)是临床常见病,指不明原因的在三叉神经分布区域内发生的阵发性短暂的电击样剧烈疼痛,常因洗脸、刷牙、说话、咀嚼、吞咽等动作而诱发,持续数秒及数分钟,间歇期无症状。目前对于原发性三叉神经痛的发病机制还不清楚,存在许多学说,如癫痫发作学说、微血管压迫学说、神经变性学说、骨性压迫学说等[1]。临床上对于原发性三叉
