实验性脑出血动物模型的研究进展

摘要
利用立体定向手术向脑内注入胶原酶或自体血方法制作的脑出血动物模型与人类脑出血发病情况较为接近 ,且出血量及出血部位的重复性较好 ,故应用较多。立体定位下向脑内植入可充胀的微气囊常用于模拟脑出血的占位效应及手术清除血肿过程的研究。自发性脑出血动物模型具有类似人类高血压动脉硬化的病理生理基础 ,但出血量及出血区域无法控制 ,故应用极少。综合自发性脑出血与人工诱导脑出血模型的优点 ,将有可能制作出较为理想的脑出血动物模型。
