<正>近年来,随着分子生物学和分子免疫学技术研究的深入,多数学者认为影响椎间盘退变的分子机制主要包括以下几个因素,即促进基质分解的因素如炎症因子、基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMPS)等;抑制基质分解的因素如基质蛋白酶抑制剂(matrix metalloproteinase inhibitors,TIMP),促进细胞分裂的因素如血小板源性生长因子(plate-let-derived growth factor,PDGF),促进软骨形成因素如转化生长因子(transforming growth factor,TGF)、骨形态发生蛋白
