<正>肠道除消化吸收功能外,在防止感染方面具有非常重要作用。肠道是人体最大的细菌储存器官,能够容纳约1012个细菌,产生大量的内毒素。正常情况下肠腔内细菌不能透过肠壁进入全身脏器和组织,这是因为肠黏膜具有阻止细菌和内毒素的屏障功能。肠黏膜屏障由四部分组成:机械屏障、免疫
