摘要
<正> 脑出血(intracerebral hemorrhage,ICH)占全部脑血管病的15%~20%,死亡率高达50%以上,是威胁中老年人健康的主要疾病之一。实验研究已表明多种物质尤其是基质金属蛋白酶类(MMPs)家族中MMP9(matrix metalloproteinases 9)与脑出血的病理生理过程关系密切。基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子(tissue inhibitors ofmetalloproteinases,TIMPs)是MMPs阻断剂,正常情况下MMP9与TIMP保持动态平衡,这种平衡在维持血脑屏障的稳定和血管发生方面发挥重要作用。1 MMPs/MMP9及其抑制剂TIMPs/TIMP11.1 MMPs 即基质金属蛋白酶类,它是一类锌依赖的中性蛋白酶家族。它们有
