时间药物动力学与时间药效学的研究进展

摘要：

<正> 在过去的20年中,时间药理学的研究取得了重大成就,使人们有必要重新认识、评价传统的诊断治疗方法并依据时间生物学的原理加以调整。鉴于已知许多药物的动力学及药效学均呈用药时间依赖性变化,因而根据人体的生物节律,合理选择用药时间将和选择用药剂量一样重要。时间药理学为临床设计最佳用药方案,提供了一个新的标准,新的原则。
