绩效考核目标取向对企业员工非伦理行为的影响研究

摘要
基于363名员工的问卷调查,实证研究了绩效考核目标取向对企业员工非伦理行为的影响。结果表明:评估取向的绩效考核对非伦理行为有显著的正向影响,发展取向的绩效考核对非伦理行为有显著的负向影响;工作控制显著弱化了两种取向的绩效考核与非伦理行为之间的关系。
