血清HS-CRP、PCT含量与脑卒中患者疾病的关系

摘要：

目的探讨高灵敏C-反应蛋白(HS-CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)在脑卒中疾病治疗中的应用价值。方法选取本院2012年3月至2013年1月首次发病在神经内科脑卒中住院患者97例为研究组,其中连续发热48～72 h有80例,对其再次取血进行血清HS-CRP、PCT含量测定,以体温38.5℃为界,分为高体温组29例,低体温组51例;48例中老年健康体检人员作为对照组,检测血清中HS-CRP与PCT含量,并根据临床资料和统计分析,评价其与脑卒中的疗效关系。结果研究组患者血清HS-CRP、PCT含量显著高于对照组(P<0.001),高体温组HS-CRP、PCT含量显著高于低体温组和体温正常组(P<0.01),HS-CRP在高体温组和低体温组中的阳性率基本相同,而PCT和细菌阳性率在高体温组及低体温组差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),PCT含量升高在诊断细菌性感染方面优于HS-CRP。结论根据血清HS-CRP、PCT含量测定可指导脑卒中患者高热时抗生素治疗的选择,以减少抗生素的使用及其耐药性。
