摘要：

卵巢早衰(premature ovarian failure,POF)是妇科内分泌领域常见的疾病,病因复杂多样,遗传、自身免疫性疾病、感染、医源性因素等均可引起POF,但超过50%的POF患者病因不清。POF临床表现复杂多样,早期诊断困难,确诊平均需要5年。阴道超声、激素水平、抗苗勒管激素及抑制素B等在一定程度能预测卵巢功能。POF对患者身心健康产生重要影响,因此其早期诊断与治疗至关重要。目前主要治疗方法是激素替代疗法缓解绝经症状、赠卵辅助生殖技术解决生育问题。自身卵巢移植术、卵巢及卵泡冷冻技术等新方法给患者带来希望。
