摘要：

影子银行体系是近30年来欧美金融创新与监管巨大变革的结果。通过分析国外影子银行的发展与监管现状,并立足于我国金融市场发展的实际情况,着重分析我国影子银行体系的发展现状并提出相应的监管政策建议。
