<正> 阿司匹林(aspirin),化学名乙酰水杨酸(acetylsalicylic acid,ASA),近年由美国史克公司(SK＆F)生产的肠溶衣片又名安可春(ecotrin)。ASA是一有近百年历史的传统药物,目前在临床上主要用于解热、镇痛、抗炎和抗风湿等。随着ASA新用途不断被发现,对它的药理与临床的重新认识与评价已成为当今医药学界的热点之一。本文为此简要评述ASA在药理研究与临床应用上的主要进展。1 ASA的主要新用途及其机理探讨
