摘要：

<正>鱼油是富含ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的重要脂质营养素,具有特殊的药理作用。研究显示鱼油可调控急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)病人炎性反应,减少机械通气时间,降低病死率,在ARDS治疗中起到积极作用。
