玉米中3个CIPK同源基因在干旱和低温胁迫下的表达分析

摘要：

应用生物信息学分析,筛选获得了玉米中的3个CIPK基因同源序列(登录号分别为AY104819,EU974290和EU968441),它们编码的氨基酸序列都具有CIPK家族典型的功能结构域,推测属于CIPK家族成员。根据同源性,分别将它们暂命名为ZmCIPK1、ZmCIPK17和ZmCIPK18。RT-PCR分析结果表明,在干旱和低温胁迫下,这3个基因的表达模式都发生改变。在干旱胁迫条件下,ZmCIPK1在根中表达量明显改变,而低温胁迫下变化不大。ZmCIPK17和ZmCIPK18在2种胁迫下都被强烈诱导,但在不同胁迫下表达模式存在差异,而且在叶与根中的表达模式也不尽相同,暗示了这2个基因在干旱和低温胁迫下发挥重要的调控作用,但其调控机制存在差异。
