合法性研究:中西方学界看法为何如此不同?

摘要：

政治合法性一直是中西方学界研究的热点话题。文章致力于研究国内学者如何看待合法性议题,并用以和海外学界的观点作对比。基于125篇发表于2008年至2012年以合法性为题的中文文章,文章揭示了中西方学界在合法性议题上的一系列巨大分歧。首先,相比西方学者而言,国内学者更加重视意识形态的作用。其次,国内学者对政绩合法性尤其是经济增长更加悲观。另外,国内学者的合法性探索完全是基于西方理论而非中国传统哲学,同时也呈现出自由化(社会自治)的倾向。文章还发现,国内学者的观点和研究背景(地点、机构以及研究经费)有所关联。改变的社会价值观、社会不平等以及腐败是国内学者最常提及的合法性威胁,而意识形态、社会公正以及管治能力被认为是维持合法性的最优解决方案。
