超氧阴离子自由基的产生及其与天然药物的作用

摘要
用电子顺磁共振方法直接观察了二甲基亚砜碱性体系产生超氧阴离子自由基■的反应过程。实验结果表明,■浓度随碱的浓度和反应时间的增加而上升,随含水量的增加而下降。以上述反应为产生■的模型体系,研究并讨论了杞子等一些天然药物对■的增加或抑制的效能。
