他汀类药物在治疗心血管疾病中的多重效应

摘要：

他汀类药物除降低胆固醇水平外,在心血管疾病中还具有抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗增殖等作用。这些作用是独立于降脂外,谓之他汀类药物的"多重效应",其确切的作用机制有待进一步研究。
