原发性三叉神经痛的解剖学病因

摘要：

原发性三叉神经痛(TN)的病因及发病机制仍不十分明确,亦无统一认识。对其病因存在中枢病因学说和周围病因学说。学说中与解剖相关的因素包括血管性压迫、硬膜鞘、硬膜带或骨性压迫、颌骨炎性病变骨腔的存在、牙合系统功能紊乱等学说。其中,更多的学者支持血管性压迫学说。对TN病因学说中与解剖相关的因素作综述,旨对临床医师外科手术治疗TN提供思路和帮助。
