丛枝菌根真菌对羊草δC组成和气体交换的影响

摘要
采用盆栽方法研究接种丛枝菌根真菌Glomus intraradices和Glomus claroidum对内蒙古典型草原优势种羊草(Leymus chinensis)δ13C组成和气体交换的影响。羊草生长45、60和75d的测定结果表明,接种菌根真菌能提高羊草的含磷量和植株叶片气孔导度及光合速率,但对植株内在水分利用效率和δ13C值无显著影响。
