<正> 随着我国工农业、交通运输和城市建设的迅速发展,各种工伤事故、交通事故增多,以及自然灾害造成的灾难,这就需要我国急救医学大力发展。但目前我国急救医学还相当薄弱,创伤的分类救治还未受到普通重视,对国外的一些可行的创伤分类法还了解不多。有鉴于此,我们综合了国外有关创伤分类的资料,供我国有关医务和研究人员参考。创伤分类分为医院前和急诊室分类两大部分。前者着眼于伤员的去向,后者着眼于伤员的预后。医院前分类是指在事故现场或救护车上,医救人员根据所得各种数据(包括解剖、生理和伤因)对伤情迅速作出判断,决定该伤员是否送创伤
