摘要：

老年患者手术治疗的需求正逐步增多,由于老年患者生理储备减少,且常常伴有慢性疾病、老年综合征、失能等多方面的问题,使得老年患者的围手术期管理更为复杂,需要多学科团队参与,全面的考虑风险、获益、功能、生活质量等方面的内容,从术前的评估预防、到术后的综合管理,进行个体化的管理,才能获得更好的效果。
