摘要
过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)属Ⅱ型核受体超家族成员 ,主要在脂肪细胞内表达。PPARγ是胰岛素增敏剂噻唑烷二酮类药物 (TZDs)作用的靶分子 ,又是脂肪细胞分化的重要调节因子 ,其在研究肥胖及胰岛素抵抗的发病机制中具有十分重要的意义。另外PPARγ在调节细胞生长周期和单核 /巨噬细胞生物学功能方面也起着重要作用。一些初步结果提示PPARγ激活物有可能用于治疗糖尿病以外的疾病如肿瘤等
