神经氨酸酶 (NA)抑制剂是近年研制成功的一类新型抗流感病毒药物 ,对于流感的治疗和预防具有较好的效果。本文综述NA抑制剂的作用机制、药理学特征、临床应用、不良反应、与其他药物的相互作用及耐药性等方面的研究进展
