摘要：

心脑血管疾病日趋成为全球死亡的首要病因,动脉粥样硬化是其病理基础。研究发现许多生物标志物参与动脉粥样硬化发展过程,临床上较为常用的有低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白A、载脂蛋白B、脂蛋白(a)等脂质因子以及同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、纤维蛋白原、细胞黏附分子-1、肿瘤坏死因子、脂蛋白相关性磷脂酶A2、新蝶呤、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1、几丁质酶-3样蛋白-1、巨噬细胞移动抑制因子等炎症因子,及血管性血友病因子、D-二聚体等止血因子。联合检测这些因子,有助于判断动脉粥样硬化的临床进展。
