<正>全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)、脓毒症、严重脓毒症和感染性休克(septicshock)是同一病理过程的不同阶段,该定义1992年由美国胸科医师协会/危重病医学会(ACCP/SCCM)联席大会提出,目前已被临床医生接受并广泛使用,并以此标准指导重症细菌感染患者的诊疗。脓毒症患者往往病情较重,尤其是婴幼儿、老年人、有基础疾病或免疫功能低下者,易出现多器官功能障碍,病死率高。在过去十年里,发达国家脓毒症的发生
