摘要：

肺炎支原体(MP)是年长儿童与成年人呼吸道感染的重要病原之一,且与哮喘的发生、急性恶化发作及慢性症状难以控制密切相关。但迄今为止,MP感染诱发或引起哮喘的机制仍不清楚,可能与MP对支气管黏膜的直接损伤作用、IgE介导的免疫反应、各种细胞因子和炎症介质的释放及宿主体质有关。
