磁共振弛豫时间T1、T2的测量方法及其在肿瘤中的应用价值

摘要
纵向弛豫时间T1、横向弛豫时间T2是MRI中的基本物理量,能定量反映组织弛豫特性。在主磁场固定的情况下,组织的弛豫特性基本稳定。通过测量肿瘤组织弛豫时间可以定量的评价肿瘤组织特性,有助于肿瘤的诊断、鉴别诊断以及评估患者的疗效、预后。因此,T1、T2弛豫时间具有非常广阔的临床应用前景。本文就T1、T2弛豫时间的测量方法以及在肿瘤诊疗中的应用价值进行综述。
