锂离子电池基础科学问题(Ⅻ)——表征方法

摘要
表征技术的进步对于锂离子电池科学与技术的发展至关重要。一般希望获得锂离子电池材料及电池的广泛信息,包括化学组成、材料形貌、晶体结构、微观组织、表面结构、输运特性、力学特性、热学特性等。本文总结了锂电材料常用的表征技术及其研究现状与发展趋势,包括最近发展的具有高时间和空间分辨的表征手段,如原子力-拉曼光谱联用、原位扫描电镜、原位透射电镜、球差校正扫描透射电镜、扫描透射X射线成像、中子衍射以及二次离子质谱等。
