摘要
羊肚菌属真菌是享誉世界的美味食用菌和重要药用菌,具有重要的科研价值与经济价值。从羊肚菌生活史周期、人工栽培和功效研究方面入手,对最新的成果进行了综述,对存在的问题及应用前景进行了探讨。
