摘要：

基于《傅青主女科》提出的"嫉妒不孕"学说,以及现代医学心理应激理论,从卵巢功能、子宫内膜容受性以及辅助生殖技术治疗结局3个方面分析现代社会心理应激增加对女性不孕症的影响,解析疏肝解郁中药在改善妊娠结局中的作用,为临床不孕症治疗提供新思路。
