摘要：

<正>冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)已成为当今严重危害人类健康、影响人们生活质量的最常见心血管疾病之一。现有的研究一致认为冠心病的形成是多种危险因素共同作用的结果。冠心病的危险因素错综复杂,对危险因素的控制对冠心病的防治起到决定性的作用。已提出的冠心病危险因素多达200多种。现已知的传统危险因素如性别、年龄、家族史、吸烟、高血压、糖尿病、胰岛素抵抗、肥胖、高胆固醇血症、低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症、高低密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症等在临床研
